  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
